Manx Zombies - Thims Divad

The story begins with the Lady of Mann setting sale on her final voyage from Liverpool to Douglas Harbour in the Isle of Man. The DeadS (The Manx call them ZOMBIES for superstitious reasons, like their use of the word R-A-T)

The shores of the Isle of Man are currently free from the DeadS, but how long will it last?

Lumpy Blood dripped frivolously down my devilish cheeks before it landed and splattered on the ships outside wooden deck. Vivid dreaming within my nightmares yet again, awakened by “I am ever so sorry mam” as the young lad bumped me back into reality on the rolling deck. He was making his way to hang over the side and fill the sea with his guts.  

Pointing as I shouted, “Look out...” but it was too late, the wind succeeded in covering others, with colourful vomit, while they were leaning over the side of the deck waving their last farewells to Liverpool.
