As the writing progressed, the book began to evolve independently, revealing the complexities of the mind and uncovering truths about our lives. I pondered where my focus had been throughout my life, even as a psychotherapist with years of academic achievement, including a Master's degree. It seemed I possessed only fragments of a larger puzzle.
