My name is David Bentley, aka, The Viking Buddha

Following on from my first book, "The Awakening' which was published in July 2024, I would like to introduce my new book, 'Radical Wellness', which is an in-depth book which starts to explore the world of Epigenetics a little deeper, along with Neuroplasticity and Quantum Embodiment. With these three subject areas, we start to see that your life, and your health, are both in your own hands. You really can heal and cure any illness and dis-ease, by changing your lifestyle, diet, and the way you look at dis-ease and illness.

In this book we explore your genes, and things like your gut and your diet, and how the toxins which enter your body, along with the trauma and stresses in life, start to cause blockages and disease. Follow me on a discovery journey, as we discover what really causes cancer, autoimmune disorders, thyroid imbalances, adrenal fatigue and inflammation and the immune system. We also discuss menopause, mental health, stress, nutrition and foods that heal, along with insulin resistance and its connection to type 2 diabetes and how Diabetes type 2 can be reversed. I hope you enjoy this book and thus it helps you to understand how you really are in charge of your own health, and you can change any condition or illness, by making these changes in your life.
