Writing the four personal stories took her ten years because remembering the details was painful.

Thus, attending coaching sessions and workshops with Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins, Neale D. Walsh, and others helped her resolve, heal, and forgive. 

Gabriele encourages women to stand up again, no matter what happens. She believes everyone has a vast, unbreakable power inside. It occurs-immediately and intuitively-when needed.
