Children, teens, and even adults are victims of people hurting people-even those they are supposed to love-every day. It creates deep scars and wounds that no one sees but you. But how do you, as the wounded one, heal from all the pain that abuse and brokenness causes? The wounds and scars inside are as real as a physical and visible cut to the arm. Far too many are suffering in silence.

I am not a doctor or psychologist. I don't have a degree in medicine or psychology. But I was a victim for most of my life. I carried the trauma of physical, mental, sexual, and emotional abuse for years. Until one day, when I decided I was not going to live as a victim anymore. My past became a part of my future so I could begin to help others just like me to live again.

I began to rewrite my future, and (to my surprise) it included all the trauma of my past.

It is now time to give back! It is time for you to heal from your trauma. I did it and so can you. On the other side of all your abuse and pain is a joy filled life-it will just take a little work to get there. I Was Made for More will help you begin the journey to a life of freedom.
