Into the Light is a true story of profound grief, loss and turmoil, and the courageous journey of growth and healing through finding self-love, forgiveness and practicing daily gratitude. We all experience loss and grief during our life time. For some of us it can be debilitating and profound, especially when we have emotions we can't control, nor understand.
