Nature's Foundling - Peter Stallone
- Nature's Foundling
Adam grows up in the last remaining natural forest of his country. Mother nature nurtures him and bestows upon him unique wisdom that has long been lost in the concrete outside world. When he learns about humanities self-destructive tendencies, Adam yearns to venture out and save the world. But he is not allowed to leave. He must first face his inner demons and the dangers of the forest. Will he be able to share his knowledge and spiritual insights with the rest of the planet before it is too late?
On a cold winter day, the world-renowned philanthropist, Dr. Richman, finds baby Adam on his doorstep. Richman has big plans for the foundling. Determined to shield Adam from materialistic temptations, Richman confines him to the estate until he turns twenty-one. Richman provides him with private tutors who teach Adam about the world beyond the walls of the vast estate. Adam becomes intrigued about this outside world and tries to find explanations for the self-destructive nature of humanity.
Since there are no children his age on the estate, the creatures of the forest become Adam's friends. He ventures deep into the woods and becomes one with nature. Life threatening adventures in nature help him gain profound insight in spirituality and unveil his own unique healing powers. Just when Adam is convinced that he has found complete inner piece, a beautiful outsider throws his perfectly balanced life in disarray.
What should he choose: nature or love?
"The foundling is a philosophical and captivating story about the spiritual bond that should exist between every human and mother nature."
