Although this book is written from my experience when I asked the Lord to help me with my lifelong physical weight issue, He revealed how just this one thing, interwoven and connected to everything else in my life, has kept me from who He created me to be.

As I partnered with Him, he unraveled “the weight of it all,” and revealed what needed to be addressed in my life in order for me to come into my God-given identity and destiny.
