People have conviction in what they understand, and act on what they believe. This book is an allegory written as a business case for managers and workers, but the deeper meaning is all about the role of faithfulness in the believer’s life. What happens if believers think like good managers? The idea is to create “best-ofthinking” to facilitate best-in-class relationships throughout the church. Critical thinking is an element of maturity in growing one’s faith. The church should be encouraged to look for ways to improve the way believers think. This only happens if believers are given the tools to think rightly. Simply put: Faithfulness is about people having conviction in what they understand and acting on what they believe. The best way to change an organization, and its behavior, is to know what people understand and believe. About the author should read: Mr. McClure holds both a bachelor of science in Business Administration and an M.B.A. graduating with honors, from Oklahoma City University. After a 25 year career in sales and operations he currently consults with companies in the area of field operations improvement and technology development. His diverse consulting experience includes utilities, healthcare, energy, and municipals. He is a published author, and has served as instructor adjunct teaching Principles of Management and Organizational Behavior. Mr.McClure has previously served on the education committee for the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce while involved in the small business council.
