People have conviction in what they understand, and act on what they believe.
This book is an allegory written as a business case for managers and workers, but the deeper meaning is all about the role of faithfulness in the believer’s life.
What happens if believers think like good managers? The idea is to create “best-ofthinking” to facilitate best-in-class relationships throughout the church.
Critical thinking is an element of maturity in growing one’s faith. The church should be encouraged to look for ways to improve the way believers think. This only happens if believers are given the tools to think rightly.
Simply put: Faithfulness is about people having conviction in what they understand and acting on what they believe. The best way to change an organization, and its behavior, is to know what people understand and believe.
