Kenneth Alexander should have every reason to be happy. Though Oceanographer, Dr. Cecil Jordon's invention, ROVERS, was designed as a weather detection system, it is the link that creates a world-wide protection grid. It takes the Alexander family and friends to try to stop a sadistic multi-billionaire from wreaking havoc on the world's electronic systems.
