In an enchanting town where magic sizzles, resident witch Elara Hawthorne fizzles. Christmas is right around the corner, her love life is as cold as ever, and her holiday cheer is in the shitter. Why? She's hopelessly in love with Tripp Nightshade, the town's charismatic rebel, whose rugged allure and mischievous spirit attract her like a moth to an LED porch light. He, however, seems impervious to her lackluster charms. 

When a pair of mysterious purple boots appear on her doorstep, Elara can't resist trying them on. One daring step later, she's got a wicked new attitude and a reckless plan to catch Tripp's eye. But along with her wild streak comes a snowstorm of chaos, and their town teeters on the brink of a calamitous Christmas. 

As Elara and Tripp fight the impending disaster, she begins to realize that love isn't about being perfect-it's about being perfectly daring and embracing her inner weirdo. Now, if they can stop their heated arguments long enough, they might realize her discovery is the key to fixing their magical mess before the polar ice caps melt.
