Nothing could prepare me for this first delivery of my shift.

The door, unlocked, reveals a scene straight out of a nightmare. A man alone, early to mid thirties, so big he can't get up out of his chair and accept the food he's so desperate for. I should turn and run, but the look in his eyes all but breaks my heart...

If he's stuck and can't get up; and he doesn't have a phone within reach, how did he place the order? How long since his last meal? This poor soul, seemingly forgotten by the rest of the world, urgently needs some TLC. And I'm the only one here and willing to give it to him.
