Wales Valleys born Gareth Pugh has had his fair share of life's ups and downs.

In this autobiography, he recalls his working years as a roofer, along with his ventures as a darts player and a fisherman.

He also recalls his schooldays in Pontypridd and the loss of his brother in a motorbike accident, when actor Harry H Corbett paid a visit to a pub ran by his mother and when he almost met some crocodiles in Zambia.
