To meet the purpose the study by the investigator chosen 45 women volunteered healthy, untrained women students age between 17 and 20 years from CSSR & SRRM Degree College Kamalapuram, YSR (D), AP, India. The volunteered clients randomly assigned to series group (n=15) parallel group (n=15) and group III (n=15) served as controls. In This study the training regimen includes 4 days/week/12 weeks in series and parallel methods. The selected speed parameters were measured pre and after 12 weeks of training program. The study has concluded that the series and parallel group methods have significantly improved speed parameters has compare to control group further it concludes that the note worthy variations on selected speed parameters were observed between experimental groups.
