The main goal of this teaching-methodical manual is to familiarize the teacher, student and wider audience with the basic rules of gender theory and practice. This teaching-methodical guide, which was created on the basis of wide use of the world and currently available national experience, is also directed to the practical purpose. It helps to develop an understanding of the need to apply and take into account a balanced approach in terms of gender in planning, defining, implementing and evaluating the results of state programs, projects and strategies aimed at achieving sustainable human development.
