The rebels are evading capture so far while hiding on the ice planet. Meanwhile one of the water planets that supplies water for most of the federation is tainted when a large meteor strikes the planet poisoning the water. It is up to a soldier named Ethan and his sister to save the animals on the planet that are dying from the poisoned water and find a new home for them.
Arliss and a few others set out on a mission to get clean water for the rebels from a casino that is in Asiatic-Russian territory.
