The Year is 2130 and Terry Cortez now rules a post apocalyptic North America. He is now ready to unleash his Armies of Warlords on the countries of Europe. New enemies and races would answer the challenge, and as like before Terry would find himself facing new dilemmas as well as new technologies. War is something Terry could deal with but religion is another matter altogether.
