Nand, the young woman who understands whales, vainly raises the alarm. As she is about to leave Eridan, Theo engages in a mental battle with Keith of Rain Forest, who is determined to become the new spiritual leader.
Summoned by Washone, SpaceSS agent Jack Finch travels to Eridan to fetch Theo and take her to Earth Metropolis. In his absence, his husband Farren Megan is sent undercover on a secret mission to Gambling Nova by Spylady Donatella Simpson.
