I wanted to share the vinyasa system in a way that it was suitable to both sexes, young and

old, fat or thin, a practice for everyone, a practice for a lifetime where everyone could continue

to practice maintaining the benefits.

BKS Iyengar practiced into his nineties, Krishnamacharya was still teaching at 100 years old,

these were true yogis whose example we should all follow.
