Spiritual Capital - Adjibolosoo Senyo

This book is written to help scholars as well as any others who have an interest in better understanding what spiritual capital actually is, its significance, and how it can be developed. Its primary goal is to explain how those interested in gaining deeper insight into the spiritual dimension of human life can objectively plumb the inner reaches of the core of the inner being. By so doing they will discover how to enrich the quality of human life. It is argued that those interested in strengthening relationships among community members, promoting leadership effectiveness, increasing productivity growth, and enhancing the quality of life must have an intentional transformational development education program that is aimed at leading people toward deeper levels of understanding of the significance of spiritual capital and how it can be developed and used to improve the human quality of life. It is argued here that because spiritual capital is sine qua non to the attainment of a satisfying lifestyle, improved quality of life, and a nonviolent community environment, it is imperative to create a fertile educational environment within which those who desire it can pursue a program of action to develop their own spiritual capital.
