The Impetus for the INSPIRATION. Whitney and I came together one day to discuss the possibilities of penning an open letter to women. A women's meditational book. We discussed in depth some of the issues and challenges women were encountering and decided to jot down inspirational and empowering messages to propel women to begin seeing themselves from a different perspective, a new lens, new vision: seeing ourselves as healthy, happy, and spiritual beings.
