The world was once a place where families went on holidays and enjoyed each other's company. The sun was warm most days and the sky was interesting to look at. Kids played in local parks and enjoyed cricket in backyards with their parents and neighbours. Shopping centres were full of people over spending and buying all kinds of junk. The population was growing fast, with sex becoming the main advertiser to a healthy relationship. Gyms were full of fitness fanatics, working on their toned and muscular physiques. During the school holidays, movie theatres were packed with kids crunching on popcorn and drinking soft drinks. Beaches along the coastlands were crowded with people sun baking, surfing and fishing to name just a few activities. During the past few years, our reality had dramatically changed into what people refer to as the end of the world as we once knew it. Life on Earth was faced with a new kind of threat, and it was an aggressive form of a virus. The virus had spread throughout the planet at such an alarming rate, that there was never enough time to properly develop or test any cure to fight against the disease. Religious groups from one country to another called this virus, "The darkness of Satan, the true apocalypse." Many different organizations from around the world made various accusations pointing in all directions. They each blamed one another for its release. Soon the public followed their steps and it became a war of propaganda. People turned against their governments and developed distrust and all kinds of fear in society.
