Roger is on another adventure.

As a journalist, he travels to Iraq for the first elections since Saddam Hussein was deposed. At first, he finds a population that wants to create a democracy and freedom, but when he returns after the election, he finds a people who are demoralized and learns about the tragedy that is Iraq.
