Recently, the prevalence of autism spectrum disorders, a neurodevelopmental condition, has increased. Autism is the third most common developmental disorder after mental retardation and cerebral palsy. Also, autism is a disorder that does not have a definite cure, and several studies have been conducted in this field, and due to its increase, it is necessary to conduct research. In this book, we talk about autism and its related symptoms and problems. It has also been discussed about the properties of spirulina algae and resistance exercises and its effect on the physical fitness indicators of 5-7-year-old children with autism during research, tests and exercises. According to the findings of this study, it can be concluded that resistance training using spirulina algae has a positive effect on the physical indicators of 5-7-year-old children with autism and can be included in the program of therapists.
