This is the fascinating story about the King of Matches, Ivar Kreuger, the Swedish genius, who pioneered the usage of corporate nance and management, international law, politics and nance, etc., for the establishment and management of corporations, their subsidiaries and divisions, on an international scale. Ivar's activities and financial agreements with many countries, helped their governments, but hurt the international banks, which needed the business for their survival. In the US alone, shareholders, receiving handsome dividends continuously, all of a sudden lost some $ 500 million, after Ivar's death. Ivar Kreuger was found dead in one of his apartments, in Paris, on 12 March 1932, having been murdered. Lars-Jonas has succeeded in presenting the proof(s) of this, of who the opposition was who, while saying that it was suicide, succeeded in taking Ivar's life and plundering his empire.
