The streets of Detroit become a maze of terror as the killer zeroes in on unknowing victims and escalates more tension as the public loses fate in their Police Department. With time ticking till the next kill, a detective is called back on duty to add five detectives in the hunt for a serial killer, who has been killing girls and leaving them in the public to be found.
