I was a baby when my mother died after the birth of the eighth child. Life was tough for my dad as he exercised his role as both father and mother. We lived in the country and had no plumbing and electricity; therefore, I was used to oil lamps and the outhouse. Dad was very strict, to the point that in my teen years I rebelled against his rules and the religious expectations.

God was already there, preparing for my future, and He was present with me in Grenada and in my life in Canada. Walk With Me is a book to encourage readers.
