The ten monographs in this series are devoted to a critical review of the regime of General Ibrahim Badamasi Babagandi, arguably the most controversial military dictator in Nigeria's political development and whose political and socio-economic 'engineering' efforts in the period 1985-1993 left everyone and the economy gasping and groping for a direction.
