No amount of background can prepare a person to do justice to the title of this book, "The Deity of Christ Jesus." The subject alone requires more than acquired knowledge; that a man of flesh could be God and Man. The great doctrine of "The Dual Nature of Christ Jesus" in the Christian faith hangs upon this very concept: if Jesus fails the test of being God in the flesh then Christianity finds itself to be but another religious movement with an earthly founder and no more. (John 5:39) Scripture supporting Scripture is the most sure way to build truth: If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; (John 10:35) I therefore submit to you the reader that Jesus came in the flesh of man and was Himself none less than God according to the Scriptures: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1) I make no apologies for believing the Scriptures to be Divinely Inspired and Without Error.
