To those who know him, William Powers is a sometimes abrasive, but mostly lovable guy. He's a stand-up family man who's honest, sharp-witted, outspoken when prompted, and passionate about his beliefs. But, he has one major flaw - the perfectly toxic mixture of incompetence and micromanagement he's had to endure at his job over the span of more than a decade, has caused him to become homicidal in his thoughts.
