As wrote recently Cor Van der Meer – “There are approximately 70 minority languages in the 25 members states of the European Union. This translates into approximately 45 million people who speak a minority language in addition to their official national language. It would be a shame if Europe’s minority languages were to disappear.” Of course, even greater diversity to be observed in case of countries who are not members of the European Union. This book presents one of such the cases. There are very few information concerning Gagauzians and Gagauzian Autonomy in Poland. However, there are some books printed mostly on the territory of former Soviet Union and Bulgaria, and little less published in Turkey.
