Within the book you will be guided through a simple Three-Day Initiation Cycle wherein you will enter into the sacred space of self-mastery. From that point on, the deep psychospiritual process of transformation will be fully activated, and your only ongoing task will be to spend a few minutes, once per day, to complete a simple one-page form. Then, one day you will wake up and discover that your desired bodily form has materialized.
