The neighborhood has come alive for the Navaratri nights that lead up to the festival of Dussehra. Everyone is dusting off their dandiya sticks and practicing their Garba moves. This is Aarti's first time going to this biggest neighborhood festival of the year. She has dreams of becoming the best dancer in the world. And the Goddess Durga can make it happen. But will there be victory for her at the end of these nine days of celebration and dance?
